What’s Covered

 Defects in materials/workmanship under normal use
 Free repairs or replacements (at our discretion)
 Return shipping costs for warranty claims

What’s Not Covered

❌ Accidental damage (drops, liquid exposure, etc.)
❌ Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
❌ Damage from improper use (e.g., extreme temperatures)
❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor cosmetic scratches)


How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Contact Us within 1 year of purchase:
    📧 Email: service@fopodisplay.com (Include order # + issue description)

  2. Provide Proof: Submit your receipt/purchase confirmation.

  3. Ship It: We’ll email a prepaid label (U.S./EU only).

  4. Resolution: Expect a repaired/replaced unit within 7–10 business days after inspection.


Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Non-defective returns follow our Return Policy.

  • Warranty void if tamper-evident seals are broken.
